For added premium flavor we’ve included a natural dehydrated rye sourdough. Sourced and fermented from the hills of Tuscan rye fields, this sourdough imparts mild acidity, with malty flavor, and hints of nuttiness.
Paired with whole wheat and dark rye flour, our Tuscan sourdough imparts an attractive artisan brown crumb color.
Our dehydrated sourdough is ideal for bakeries which lack the floor space, time, or skilled labor necessary to maintain their own sourdough, but do not want to sacrifice flavor.
