BreadPartners is adept at producing bakery ingredients of the highest standards of quality. We achieve this by being diligent in the following areas:

Quality Control
Quality control on both raw materials and finished product is stringent, and achieved through a combination of chemical and physical analysis using state-of-the-art laboratory equipment. As well as a multitude of other evaluations and test baking.

Facility Certifications
In compliance with our SQF Level 2 certification, we adhere to a demanding, credible food safety management program. We have full lot traceability. The sourcing of raw materials is of the utmost importance to us. We strive to obtain the highest quality ingredients available in the market; thus, delivering only the best to our customers.

Kosher Status
Our products are certified Kosher-Parve or Kosher-Dairy by KOF-K Kosher Supervision Service of Teaneck, New Jersey.

Safety & Hygiene
We ensure safety hazards are eliminated throughout the manufacturing process. Safety and hygiene receive the utmost priority. We are in full compliance with OSHA and FDA rules and regulations.

Product Development
Customer needs are the focus for all product development, utilizing modern and cutting-edge ingredients and innovations. We offer both conventional and clean label baking solutions for the following but not limited to: fresh baked, frozen dough, par-baked breads, subs, buns, rolls, bagels, flavor innovations, sweet dough, tortillas, pizza dough, and most recently cake ingredient technologies.

Ingredient Technology
It takes dedication, precision, and an in-depth understanding of the practical applications and requirements needed for the baking process. BreadPartners Research & Development and Product Development Teams have a wealth of experience and knowledge of ingredient functionality. Our product innovations go through a vigorous development process before its inception into the marketplace. We continuously work with and research the latest technologies and challenges in order to keep us in the forefront of the industry, all of which enables BreadPartners to provide tangible solutions for your bakery needs.

Frozen Dough Technology
The Baking Center utilizes a Koma blast freezer enabling our scientists and bakers to replicate the frozen dough process.

Clean Label
Our clean label product range of dough improvers, bread and cake bases, flavors, grains, and shelf life extenders do not include any of the following:

  • Partially hydrogenated oils
  • Trans Fat
  • Preservatives
  • Animal-sourced L-Cysteine
  • SSL, CSL or DATEM
  • Artificial Flavors or Colors
  • High Fructose Corn Syrup
  • Potassium Bromate & Iodate or ADA

Our sales and technical team offers experience, knowledge, and support for our partners. We work closely with a broad range of bakeries, large and small, to address many of their unique requests and challenges. Through our support, we aim to maximize our partners’ success with their customers.

Research and Development of Bakery Solutions and Innovations
Our R&D team goes to work on building solutions by offering knowledge and understanding of the baking process and challenges. Both our R&D and Product Development Teams are comprised of highly experienced bakers and scientists. Technical Support
We know much of the preparatory work in development is carried out in the Baking Center, however, work is not complete until it has been proven in an actual production environment. For this reason, BreadPartners provides technical support of the highest caliber. If given the opportunity, we will work together with your production team from start to finish. However difficult the challenge, BreadPartners is fully committed to the job at hand and will not rest until the customer is completely satisfied. That is commitment of the highest order.
