  1. Incorporate flour, Dutch Farmhouse Potato Roll base, yeast, and water on 1st Speed for 2 minutes
  2. Mix on 2nd speed for 8 – 10 minutes or until gluten structure is developed
  3. Desired Dough Temperature 75 F
  4. Rest dough for 15 minutes
  5. Divide and round at desired size
  6. Place rounded dough into a parchment lined sheet pan or baking pan
  7. Proof for 1 hour
  8. Brush tops of rolls with garlic butter
  9. Sprinkle shredded cheese of choice on top
  10. Sprinkle chopped bell peppers on top
  11. Bake at 375 F until fully baked or internal temperature reaches 205 F
