Procedure

Try this new take on a classic Scottish-style shortbread.  This light and buttery cookie is enhanced with the Reddi Soaked Grains’ earthy and hearty blend of seeds and grains.  Perfect blend of sweet and savory.

  1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl
  2. Cream butter and sugar with paddle for 3-4 minutes
  3. Add vanilla on low speed.
  4. Add flour, salt, and Reddi Soaked Grains on low speed.
  5. Mix until incorporated
  6. Roll dough into a 2” log and refrigerate until firm
  7. Slice into 1 ounce pieces
  8. Bake at 300°F for 15 Minutes
