Procedure
Try this new take on a classic Scottish-style shortbread. This light and buttery cookie is enhanced with the Reddi Soaked Grains’ earthy and hearty blend of seeds and grains. Perfect blend of sweet and savory.
- Mix flour and salt in a bowl
- Cream butter and sugar with paddle for 3-4 minutes
- Add vanilla on low speed.
- Add flour, salt, and Reddi Soaked Grains on low speed.
- Mix until incorporated
- Roll dough into a 2” log and refrigerate until firm
- Slice into 1 ounce pieces
- Bake at 300°F for 15 Minutes
