Procedure

Enhance the texture and flavor of everyone’s favorite, fall classic quick-bread, with Reddi Soaked Multigrain.  Made from Clean Label ingredients, this Multigrain Pumpkin Bread recipe is both delicious and consumer friendly.

  1. Incorporate flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, allspice, and salt.
  2. In a mixer whisk the sugar and oil on low speed until incorporated.
  3. Add pumpkin and eggs to the sugar and oil and whisk on medium until incorporated.
  4. Add the Reddi Soaked Multigrain and incorporate on low speed.
  5. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix on low until incorporated.
  6. Deposit desired amount of batter into a well greased pan.
  7. Bake at 325°F until the internal temperature of the bread reaches 205°F.
