Procedure

Potato rolls made easy with BreadPartners’ Supreme Potato Roll Base.  Soft and sweet, these tender potato rolls are perfect for burgers and sandwiches.

  1. Incorporate all ingredients on 1st speed for 4 minutes
  2. Mix on 2nd speed for 10 minutes,
  3. Bulk ferment for 15 minutes
  4. Divide dough to desired weight and round
  5. Place rolls on parchment lined sheet pan
  6. Proof for 45-60 Minutes
  7. Bake for ±15 Minutes at 350 – 370˚F until fully baked or internal temperature is 205˚F

Tips

  1. To make a flatter bun flatten the dough after rounding
  2. To create softer sides place rolls on sheet pan with less than 1″ on each side to allow the rolls to proof/bake together
  3. For a shiner top apply egg wash or milk wash prior to baking
