Tortilla Magnifico Mix – Just Add Water!
Easy to use complete mix for great tasting flour tortillas with increased shelf life. Just add water! Perfect for in-store tortillerias and restaurants.

Procedure
- Mix Tortilla Magnifico Mix and water for 2 minutes on low, and 8 minutes on high, until fully developed. Desired dough temperature 80°F – 90°F.
- Allow dough to rest for 5 – 10 minutes.
- Scale dough to desired weight. For 8” tortillas recommended 1.75 oz, 12” tortillas recommended 4 oz.
- Allow dough to rest for 8 – 12 minutes before pressing.
- Press dough ball at 380°F – 450°F between 0.5 – 1.5 seconds.
- Bake between 350°F – 550°F. Bake time variable, between 20 – 40 seconds.
